Installation Steps:
- 1: Place the taller pipe perpendicular to the ground.
- 2: Place the shorter end of the longer pipe perpendicular to the ground. Ensure the holes on both pipes are in a straight line.
- 3: Place the steel bar between the two pipes. Ensure the hole on the steel bar is aligned with the first hole on the pipe.
- 4: Pass the screw directly through the hole from the right end and secure it with pliers.
