Product description
This conveyor toaster is made of food-gade stainless steel that ensures safe and durable use for the long term. It adopts a 2200W high-power design and upper and lower three-ring heating tubes, allowing for fast and even heating so that it can toast up to 300 slices of bread per hour, which is suitable for buffets, coffee shops, bakeries, etc. It is also easy to operate with user-friendly designs such as various control knobs.
Pull-out Crumb Tray
This conveyor toaster is equipped with a smooth pull-out crumb tray for a convenient collection of food scraps to maintain a clean and tidy cooking environment.
Optional Heating Modes
This conveyor toaster applies upper and lower three-ring heating tubes and two heating modes with upward and downward heating which can work simultaneously or respectively, allowing for single-sided or double-sided baking. In addition, you can adjust the heating temperature by spinning the knob.
Non slip Feet
There are four non slip feet to support the machine and keep it stable. Moreover, they are adjustable in height according to the actual floor situation.
How to Operate
1. Turn on the power.
2. Turn on the upper and lower temperature control respectively and adjust to the required temperature, the indicator light will be on to indicate that the machine is heating.
3. Turn on the governor switch and the chain will start rolling.
4. Adjust the speed of the chain through the speed control knob, the larger the scale, the slower the chain network rotation, and the color of the bread will deepen, and vice versa.

Notes
1. Please check if the power of the toaster machine complies with your local power or not before using the machine.
2. The commercial toaster should be pre-heat for 10-12 minutes, then bake 1-2 slices of bread for testing and check if the color of the bread is what you want. If the color is too light, and you want a darker color, please adjust the heating button to more than"3" gear. (Note: The toaster chain network will work slower if the color of the bread is darker).
3. There is a backside bread tray on the back of the toaster, pls put the hook of the back tray down, the bread will slide to the backside bread tray, pls put the hook off the back tray up after getting the bread.
