3M Mini Random Orbital Sander

The 3M Mini Random Orbital Sander is a small, powerful tool for sanding small defects in painted surfaces. This lightweight 1-1/4-inch diameters mini sander features a low-profile design that’s ideal for sanding small areas instead of entire panels. A one-piece shaft balancer system reduces vibration. Sander works with Roloc and Stikit attachment systems for fast, easy pad and disc change-outs.

Our Stikit Attachment System

The direct-mount 3M Roloc pads have facings that accept Stikit abrasive discs. 3M Stikit discs come ready to use with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backs – simply press the disc onto the backup pad and you’re ready to go. Discs stay put even during aggressive sanding. They remove just as cleanly, leaving an uncontaminated surface for the next disc. This saves you even more time during small area repair, especially if the job requires multiple grades and multiple disc changes.

Easy Roloc Attachment

The Mini Random Orbital Sander accepts direct-mount 3M Finesse-it Roloc Sanding Pad, which allows you to operate the sander very close to the work surface for more precise control. The pad features a threaded button that lets you securely attach and remove it with a simple twist-off, twist-on motion. This quick and convenient attachment method requires no tools and saves significant time on collision repair jobs.
