How to Operate

1. First, put the cake blank (not included) in the center of the turntable.

2. Adjust the distance between the horizontal knife and the vertical knife.

3. Turn on the power and adjust the rotation speed of the turntable (60-80rpm). Use a decorative bag to apply cream on the side from bottom to top; Apply evenly from the center to the outside.

4. Clean the cream on the horizontal and the vertical knives.

5. Adjust the pressing force of the horizontal knife when water chestnut appears.

6. Move the horizontal and vertical knives away and complete troweling the cake blank.
