Ribbed TPE

Soft nozzle fits tightly over the dust shroud. The ribbed contour crushes to ensure hold.

Quick-Connect Clip

High-strength acetal plastic built to hold it's shape even after hundreds of uses. The hose adapter comes threaded onto the silver hose included in kits. This clip can thread onto 1.25" threaded hoses.

Airflow Relief Valve

The airflow relief valve gives you the ability to close or open the valve on each Quick Click adapter. This valve maintains airflow so that your power tools don't seal to the surface of your project. Preventing a sealed surface also prevents unwanted grooves or dents in your project.

Quick Click Adapter Sizes

There are five Quick Click adapters that come with each kit, each of a differing size for the tool exhaust ports that fit internally or externally depending on the fit. The sizings are 0.75", 1", 1.25", 1.5", and 2.25" or 2.5".

Separator

The Quick Click Separator in both 98449 and 98581 separates a minimum of 98.9% of dust, debris, and liquids from the airstream that goes to your vacuum. Commercial rubber gaskets prevent leakage. No assembly required; just plug in and play right out of the box! No sawing, no drilling!

Baffle Plate

Fine dust is the worst to breathe in for your health. Capture more fine dust with the industry exclusive baffle plate.

5 Gallon High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Bucket

Dust, debris, and liquids are collected into the included HDPE bucket to be collected. The bucket is more heavy duty than normal buckets; not the normal everyday DIY bucket.

The bucket with separator measures approximately 29" tall and 13" in diameter without the included hoses or adapters. With the hoses and hose ends, leave an extra approximately 8" in height. If the lid needs to be taken off in a cabinet or enclosed workspace, leave an extra approximately 2" to the height to remove the top hose.
