How to Operate:

1. First, put the cake blank (not included) in the center of the turntable.

2. Adjust the distance between the horizontal-knife and the vertical-knife.

3. Turn on the power and adjust the rotation speed of the turntable (60-80rpm). Use a decorative bag to apply cream on the side from bottom to top; Apply evenly from the center to the outside.

4. Clean the cream on the horizontal and the vertical-knives.

5. Adjust the pressing force of the horizontal-knife when water chestnut appears.

6. Move the horizontal and vertical-knives away and complete troweling the cake blank.
