The Dunlop Winter Maxx SJ8 is a touring winter tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.

The tire promotes excellent winter weather traction. The special Nano-Fit tread compound is made especially for winter weather conditions to ensure maximal driving safety. This is combined with the tread designs groove pattern and siping detail to ensure enhanced road grip while driving on ice and snow-covered road surfaces. The four wide circumferential grooves and the open shoulder design boost the hydroplaning resistance as they effectively eliminate water and slush from below the tires footprint. The Maxx Sharp Edge with Miura-Ori sipes increase the number of biting edges to guarantee first-rate winter weather performance.

The models internal structure features a two-ply polyester casing and twin steel belts reinforced with a two-ply nylon cap, that ensures exceptional comfort and handling. The polyester casing enables the tire to closely follow the road surface as it prevents deformation to the optimal shape.
