The Cryo-Adaptive compound is engineered to keep the rubber flexible even in freezing temperatures, ensuring the tire's pliability. The V-Tred technology with the ActiveGrip and Adaptive SipeGrip technologies provide the necessary number of biting edges to guarantee safer ice and snow traction. This combination makes sure the tire can easily conquer harsh winter conditions, even without the use of studs. Additionally, the special hydro-dynamic grooves channel water and slush from the footprint, resisting aquaplaning in the process.
