• The 1-2-3 blocks are hardened and precision ground on all 6 sides of each block.

HHIP 2.5 X 2.75 X 2" V-Blocks, 3/8" Edge & Center Finder & 1-2-3 Block Set ~ The 2.5 X 2.75 X 2" Multi-use v-blocks & clamps set has stepped groove construction with centered 90° V grooves. ~ They are parallel and square with all surfaces within 0.0003" and the case is hardened and ground. ~ Clamps are included. ~ Round capacity is 2" and square capacity is 1-7/16". ~ The 3/8" shank combination edge & center finder is hardened and ground all over. ~ It accurately locates the starting point for all types of machine work and jig boring. ~ The accuracy is .0002". and the tip diameter is 0.200". ~ The 1-2-3 precision matched pair block set is heat treated and case hardened to HRC 55 to 60. ~ The 1-2-3 blocks are hardened and precision ground on all 6 sides of each block. ~ Accuracy with squareness on all sides within .0002" per inch. ~ 23 holes consists of 5 tapped holes that are 3/8"-16 for clamping and 18 untapped holes. ~ Cross drilling design gives minimum weight and maximum strength.
