Descaling Reminder Function

Add descaling solution, then press OVER ICE button for 3 seconds to enter cleaning mode. Regular descaling helps extend the machine's lifespan.

• How can I descale the machine?
  

  1. No coffee grounds or capsules inside the machine.
  

  2. Add a mixture [0.7oz (20g) citric acid + 16oz water] into water reservoir.
  

  3. Hold down the OVER ICE button for 3 seconds to start the descaling cycle.
  

  
  

• How should I properly place my coffee capsules to brew?
  

  Capsules: Firstly, puncture the bottom when inserting into the Capsule Holder; then puncture the top when closing the top cover of the machine.
  

  
  

• Does the machine shut down automatically?
