When you heat food, the vents help remove heat from the air. Heat steam and keep the food in the hot pot fresh.
The shelf bracket is convenient for placing the lid, so you don’t have to worry about not knowing where to put the lid. Putting the lid on the stand won't clutter the look of your table or hotpot.
If you want to keep food warm, add hot water to the water dish and light the fuel, place it in the hot pot under the stove.
If you want to keep food or drinks cool, add an ice-water mixture to the water dish without lighting the fuel.
