Features precision depth control and a strong, high quality 180 watt gear motor. Variable thickness control knob for 9/16" thickness range. Large multipurpose 8.7 inch stainless steel hardened serrated blade handles a wide range of food sizes and shapes. If you expect to slice a lot of cheese, we recommend a motor of 130 watts or more.
