Palmer pizzelle iron To commemerate our 75 years of business we designed a new Pizzelle iron. This iron makes a thinner Pizzelle (.18" thin). The designs on the irons were created by John and Carmine Palmieri many years ago. We found them in our archives and recreated them for this iron.
