• This is the 220-volt model for international use. It runs on a range between 220, 230, and 240 voltage. This 220-volt model does not work in North America. The US and Canada use 110 voltage. This dehydrator uses a digital temperature range with eight settings. There is a low temperature of 95 degrees F, to a high temperature of 158 degrees F.
• Note: to get an exact temperature reading, you will need to purchase a digital thermometer with a probe. The temperature setting on the dehydrator is different from the food temperature.
