Why can't the electric scooter start?

Firstly, the scooter will not start when charging, you need to unplug the charger first. Then turn on the screen, put one foot on the scooter pedal and push it for a short distance, and then press the accelerator to start.

What are the precautions for battery during use?

Please avoid charging the battery until it is completely drained or has been idle for too long time. It is best to use our matching charger, not other brands or models. Do not park the scooter in the hot sun or heavy rain.
