  • ??Charging Precautions!
    ①When using the EV for the first time, you must ensure that the battery is fully charged for 12 hours, otherwise the battery will be permanently damaged and beyond repair.
    ②When charging, first insert the charger DC plug into the charging socket, then plug the charger into the power outlet. The toy (whole vehicle) must not be operated while the vehicle is charging.
  • Attention 1.About the Tire Due to sea transportation, because our motorcycle tires are pneumatic tires, any vehicle with pneumatic tires (including bicycles, motorcycles, etc.) is not allowed to be fully inflated during sea transportation, so customers need to inflate them again after receiving them before they can be used normally, otherwise it will affect the normal service life of the tires. If the customer does not inflate the tires after receiving the goods, driving on uneven roads for too long, at too fast a speed or when the user is heavier, the degree of damage to the tires will be aggravated, so we recommend that customers inflate the tires before using them after receiving the products to ensure the service life of the tires.
  • 2.About Unable to charge Our products have been tested before leaving the factory, including charging tests, but the sea transportation time is long, and the internal lines of the motorcycle may become loose during transportation, resulting in the phenomenon that the charging cannot be connected normally. In this case, customers can directly contact our professional staff to provide solutions. We will explain the operation steps in detail in the video, or take it to the offline repair shop to connect the line to the professional staff.
