OVERVIEW

The Transeagle TE501 is a highway terrain, all season tire made for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.

Great load and driving durability are ensured with the tire's reinforced internal structure. The strengthened structure and the durable compound upgrade load capacity. The structure does not allow the tire to deform under load and driving pressure, while the tread manages to evenly distribute driving pressure along the tread area. This promotes the tire to improve its overall load durability, which enhances the tire to securely carry and withstand larger loads. The result is a strong load capacity.

Excellent year-round traction is provided with this tire. This exceptional performance is guaranteed with the combination of the tread design and the all season compound. Dry, wet, and winter grip is ensured. The sipes along the tread generate biting edges, which boost traction. On the other hand, the compound keeps the tire pliable in various temperatures. Grooves prevent hydroplaning as they help guide water and slush through the footprint, further increasing the tire's wet grip.

The Transeagle TE501's tread area and compound blend boost its usability. This is achieved with the wear-resistant compound and the stable footprint. They work together in order to prevent irregular and premature wear along the footprint. Stronger rubber materials decrease the overall treadwear rate, while the tread's even pressure circulation avoids irregular wear. These improvements boost the tire's overall usability.

This is a bias ply or diagonal tire. Due to the tire's internal construction and size, it is possible that the tire will look deformed.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
