INSTRUCTIONS FOR SLICING MEAT:

1.The meat to be sliced must be without bones or skin. Make sure to separate bones and skin from the meat.

2.Fresh meat must be frozen for 1-3 hours before cutting to obtain the best slicing effect. Partially frozen meat is the best texture for slicing with a meat slicer.

3.Frozen meat should be defrosted at least 20-30 minutes before slicing. Make sure not to cut complete frozen meat.

1.Please unplug the machine before cleaning.

2. The machine can't be soaked in water. Only detachable food platform and blade can be washed separately with water.

3. Wipe the non-removable parts with a damp cloth. Don't use dripping cloth to prevent water from entering the motor part.

4. Use a small cleaning brush to help clean the slide rail.

5.Please dry all parts after cleaning and store the machine in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children and pets.
